We teamed up with Old Navy for an inspiring brand activation! Our coloring book-style mural brought together attendees to paint, share messages, and celebrate the impact of the "This Way ONward" program, which empowers youth across the country.We recently traveled to Orlando to team up with Old Navy / Gap Inc. for an exciting and inspiring brand activation.We collaborated with their "This Way ONward" team, which supports early-career talent from economically marginalized communities, providing vital access to opportunities within Old Navy stores. Since its launch in 2007, this impactful program has reached over 20,000 young people.The event focused on building community and celebrating general managers, while inspiring them to share ideas on collaboration, volunteerism, and empowering youth across the country.For our part, we designed a mural activation inspired by a coloring book concept. Attendees identified with one of four volunteer styles, choosing colors that corresponded to their personal approach, and painted the mural together.The unexpected magic came when some attendees began leaving heartfelt and inspiring messages on the mural. Soon, others followed, and by the end of the day, the mural had evolved into a vibrant piece that captured the heart and soul of Old Navy and its incredible community.
